Many people find counselling and psychotherapy helps them make sense of their own emotions and experiences. You may be considering counselling and psychotherapy for a number of reasons: a specific issue, a traumatic event, difficult memories or a more general sense that things aren't right. My aim is to provide a confidential, non-judgemental, relational space to explore what you wish to bring, and to help you find a way forward.

I am a qualified and experienced therapist with a compassionate and down to earth approach. I work with an integrative model, which draws on different approaches depending on what supports the client best.

I have experience of a wide range of issues, including:

- Depression
- Anxiety
- Work-related issues
- Bereavement
- Post-traumatic stress
- Relationship problems
- Domestic violence
- Childhood trauma, including sexual abuse
- Unplanned pregnancy
- Pregnancy loss: post-miscarriage and post-abortion
- Separation from children
- Low self esteem
- Loneliness and isolation

I  usually work with people on a weekly basis, and offer open-ended work as well as shorter-term therapy. If you would like to see me for an initial consultation, or to ask any questions, please contact me using the secure online form. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association or Counselling and Psychotherapy).
